About Me

I have been teaching Fitness & Wellbeing for over 25 years. 
I am based in Galway, Ireland & am currently teaching both in person and online. 
I continually educate myself in all kinds of Fitness, Movement, positivity & nourishment for mental health. 
My early years involved Gymnastics & Irish dancing which forged my love of fitness & discipline.

I am passionate about what I do.  I am a busy Mum to 3 teenagers (one of whom has Special needs) and this makes me very driven to educate people about the benefits of their time, movement and positivity for their overall wellbeing & more importantly their mental health. 

I have a lot of experience over the years & I continually listen to the feedback I get from my community. 
I have organised and hosted many Speakers and Fitness experts over the years and this has had a hugely positive effect on my my fitness community following. 
 
I 100% do not believe in a weighing scales or the word DIET and prefer to guide you with suggestions around nourishing your body as we MOVE more. 

I will always be available to anyone who needs help in this area but in my 25 years of experience I believe that life is for living and if we get too caught up in what we can / can not do we will fall at the first hurdle. 

This movement is for life not just a few weeks. 
I want people to do their own personal best with what time and energy they have now - then we will build on that to gradually grow & continue to do so until it easily becomes a way of life. 
 
I can not put into words how much I genuinely LOVE my work, seeing & hearing how people change & love themselves more is all I need.
